In 2014, at the age of 58, I left Iceland alone on a motorcycle with no fixed route around the world.
The journey took me through 35 countries and almost 48,000 kilometres. But the book is not really about motorcycles. It is about the people I met, the places I experienced and what travelling alone taught me about the world.
